Important things to know about my Programs

  • Communication is anyway that works for you. My preferred methods are phone and e-mail, although we can use regular mail and faxes as well.
  • All phone calls will be returned within 90 minutes and all e-mails will be returned within 6 hours.
  • The recommended program length for maximum ROI is six months. This is not a requirement, just a recommendation.
  • There are discounts for advanced payment in full and for signed agreements lasting a year or longer.
  • All programs have a Pause Button Feature that allows you to stop the program and resume when necessary without losing any fees already paid.
  • Travel expenses are not included in the program pricing.

Custom Mentoring

a.k.a. Project based   This is my Project based program that allows us to custom create a program that fits your needs. The fee for this project is based on the Value that the end result will bring to your restaurant.

u.R.I.S.E.™ to Save Your Restaurant (Ultra-Focused Revenue Improvement & System Efficiencies)

This is an extremely intense program that focuses on immediate revenue improvement and changes in systems so that you can survive. This is also a very useful program for those who have decided to sell their restaurant and what to ensure they get the best offer available.

Monthly Cost: Flat Fee


Basic Mentoring

Perfect for the Owner/Manager with limited resources but the desire for continued learning and development.

Communication: Once per day via phone, unlimited viw e-mail
Minimum Site Visits/One on One Meetings: None
Cost per day: $9.17
Monthly Cost: $275.00 - becuase of the low cost of this program, there is a minimum three month engagement required

Personal Mentoring

This program is for the Owner/Manager who feel they are fundamently solid and understand Restaurant 101 but have a strong desire to achieve the next level of performance.

Minimum Site Visits/One on One Meetings: 2 Shifts per Month

One on One Mentoring

Geared toward the absentee owner who would like to help focus their leadership team in a more structured direction. Also good for newly promoted Multi Unit Managers.

Minimum Site Visits/One on One Meetings: 1 shift per week for a total of 4 Shifts per Month

Monthly Cost: $1199.00

Restaurant Mentoring

My namesake program and most effective. This program allows me to spend the most amount of time working with you and your team in your restaurant. This is also the first step of the G.R.O.W™ to Expansion program.

Minimum Site Visits/One on One Meetings: 2 shifts per week for a total of 8 Shifts per Month

G.R.O.W.™ to Expansion (Getting Ready On the Way)

Getting Ready On the Way™ to Expansion is a multi-segment program focused on becoming aware of, and working to avoid, the commonly made pitfalls independent restauranteurs make when moving into multiple locations.

Communication: Unlimited
Minimum Site Visits/One on One Meetings: As Needed - Site visits will progressively increase as the opening nears.
Monthly Cost: Dependent on Scope of Project
